Frynk Puck · Design preview

Small enough
for big days.

A portable place for the moments
you’re not ready to leave behind.

Your cloud. A little closer.

Life doesn’t happen
next to your router.

Puck is the portable part of the Frynk idea: a small companion that connects with the app, while Home gives your library a place to stay.

Keep the experience simple. Know which media has been copied. Keep your originals. Bring your library home when you’re ready.

Magnetic placement. USB-C connection.

Clean, pin-free faces keep Puck simple. Magnets hold it in place on Home; a short USB-C cable connects each Puck individually to Home’s internal hub. Stacking is for placement, not an electrical connection.

The proposed Home layout has four data ports and a separate power input. Port count, fit and power remain design targets. Direct USB import still needs qualification; today’s prototype forwards through your phone.

Take your space with you.

A compact, screenless design with a simple USB-C connection. The phone app guides the experience.

02

Copy with confidence.

Frynk’s app-led approach tracks verified copies. A finished animation is never a substitute for a confirmed backup.

Bring it back Home.

The current prototype uses phone-assisted forwarding to Home. Direct import through Home’s USB hub is a future goal.

Room for Android, too.

The same app-led idea, with a compatible magnetic case and USB connection. Compact hardware remains a design concept.

Bring your memories Home.

Keep Puck connected to your phone while the app forwards your copies to Home over Wi-Fi. Enable remote access on Home to use this route while away.

Small by design.

Everything you need.
Room to refine.

The target form is a 56 mm circular device, 10.2 mm thin, with satin white surfaces and a quiet perimeter light. These are design targets, not final shipping specifications.

Compact hardware, power requirements and transfer performance are still being qualified. We’ll share real measurements when they’re ready.
