Terms

These are draft terms. Legal operator and contact details will be completed before launch. This page is not a final customer agreement.

A product in development

Frynk is currently a software and hardware development project. Device renders show industrial design concepts. Compact hardware is not available for purchase here. No delivery date, final specification or performance guarantee is offered.

Your copies

Keep independent backups of important media. Frynk preserves originals by default. Cleanup is optional and requires confirmation; Photos deletion may also affect iCloud and other devices.

Service scope

Local use has no required subscription. Hardware and storage are separate costs. Optional remote access is free during preview, and future terms may change. Background tasks depend on operating-system permissions and scheduling.

Before launch

Final terms will identify the contracting entity, contact channels, applicable consumer rights, service commitments, acceptable use, cancellation terms where relevant and dispute processes. Nothing on this draft page limits mandatory rights.
